Top 5 Tips For Achieving Clear & Radiant Skin

If you want to achieve clear and radiant skin these tips are going to help you achieve this. All of the tips below have been very helpful for me and I am sure if you take action and use them you will also get good results.

Tip 1

When cleansing the skin do not use hot water or over-aggressively massage the skin. I recommend lightly massaging the skin for 20-30 seconds using lukewarm water for the best results. You can also use a skin care brush such as the Clarisonic Mia or Olay Pro X Skin Cleansing Brush.

Tip 2

Do not keep touching the face. This was a big problem I had for a long time. By touching the face through the day will spread bacteria from your hands onto the skin and could cause additional acne breakouts.

Tip 3

Use as many natural and organic products as you can. The reason I recommend natural products is because they do not contains harsh ingredients and chemicals that could actually make your skin worse as many of the over the counter products do.

Tip 4

Drink plenty of water per day. I have mentioned this often however it is really important if you want clean and clear skin. If you drink water daily you will soon see why I highly recommend drinking water daily and mention it many times.

Tip 5

Once a week have a deep cleanse where you use a product that will help to remove dead skin cells, dirt and other impurities from deep withing the pores.

These are the top 5 tips that if followed will help you achieve clear and radiant skin that you have wanted to achieve.
